We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we are able to accept the return of unused and unopened items for a full refund within 14 days of their purchase.

Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

  • Pack your returns in the original packaging, ensure that they are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our address.
  • Please ensure the products being returned are unused and unopened as any used product returned to us will not qualify for a refund, and for health and hygiene reasons, will be disposed of.
  • The cost of returning such goods is at your expense, so we recommend that you always use a tracked and signed postage service from your Post Office in order to obtain a proof of postage receipt and retain it for your records. We recommend that you hold on to this receipt until we receive the package and process your refund.
  • If the value of the goods you are returning is £100 and above, please e-mail to arrange a Return Order Number before sending out the package. We also recommend using a courier service for such returns, ensuring the Return Order Number is stated in your delivery paperwork for faster refund processing.

Refunds should reflect within 3 - 4 working days in your account and will be credited back to the same account the payment came to us from. We cannot, under any circumstances, refund amount to any other account, other than the one used to make the payment.


If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “Received Damaged”.

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order.
